Official Rules for the Six Figure Vacation Property Investor Mastermind Monthly Drawing

1. Eligibility:

Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
Participants must provide their name, email address, investor experience level and ownership status to qualify.
- This drawing is open to individuals worldwide, except where prohibited by law.

2. Entry Period:

- The entry period for the drawing will begin at 12:00 AM on the first day of each month and end at 11:59 PM on the last day of each month (Mountain Standard Time).

3. How to Enter:

- To enter the drawing, participants must complete the entry form available on our website, providing their name, a valid email address, investor experience level and ownership status.
- Only one entry per person is allowed. If you have already registered with Vacation Property Secrets, you will automatically be eligible for the giveaway. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

4. Prize Details:

- One (1) winner will be selected each month to receive a free 1-year annual Pro membership to the Six Figure Vacation Property Investor Mastermind.
- The membership includes access to all benefits of the Pro level mastermind, valued at $1,999.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

5. Winner Selection:

- The winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
- The drawing will be conducted on the first business day of the following month.

6. Notification:

- The winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry within five (5) business days of the drawing.
- The winner must respond to the notification email within seven (7) days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.

7. Publicity:

- By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Vacation Property Secrets to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions:

- Vacation Property Secrets reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules.
- Vacation Property Secrets reserves the right to cancel or modify the drawing if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Vacation Property Secret’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the drawing, as determined by Vacation Property Secrets in its sole discretion.

9. Compliance with Laws:

- This drawing is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

10. Liability Release:

- By participating in this drawing, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Vacation Property Secrets, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the drawing or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
